that about sums jack up these days. when i politely asked if i could take his picture, this is what i got...







he has also had a bit of a rough go at school this past week. he has been crying during circle time. when the teacher asks him why, he tells them it is because he already knows everything and he doesn't need school-oy!? the real issue is that jack doesn't like to sit there and be quiet. i think i'm going to be the one who gets the "now if jack would just stop chatting in class, he would do so well." speech at parent-teacher conferences-lol.

we also had our first substantial snowfall of the season last week, and we didn't waste any time getting out there. pictures are courtesy of mike, or should i dub him the chauffeur as daley had him pulling her in the sled the entire time they were outside!

this is how we were woken up this morning, when jack came into our room very excitedly. turns out we had our first snowfall of winter during the night (well, it was more like a dusting, but there was coverage-lol). he was so excited, you could tell he was peeking out his window because his blinds were all wonky! of course, mike and i crawled back into bed afterward, and jack followed us in and in his most hilarious grown-up voice goes "so guys, how was your night?" the funniest part was that he was totally serious when he said it, just asking us a question as if we were his best buds:) you gotta love this kid, he really is something, and did i mention so grown-up? just look at these pictures...
