you guys gotta come see this...
this is how we were woken up this morning, when jack came into our room very excitedly. turns out we had our first snowfall of winter during the night (well, it was more like a dusting, but there was coverage-lol). he was so excited, you could tell he was peeking out his window because his blinds were all wonky! of course, mike and i crawled back into bed afterward, and jack followed us in and in his most hilarious grown-up voice goes "so guys, how was your night?" the funniest part was that he was totally serious when he said it, just asking us a question as if we were his best buds:) you gotta love this kid, he really is something, and did i mention so grown-up? just look at these pictures...

Dear Jack,
you are so grown up at the age of 4. Your thoughtfulness and kindness never ceases to amaze me. The questions you ask such as "So MiMi how was your day at work?" , or "So guys how was your night?"or when you ask Uncle Tim or Greg about their day at work.
I am always wondering what your next question or observation will be.Sometimes when you ask me "MiMi you're not too crazy about this HUH?".
I love spending time with you and talking to you about things. You have a great sense of humor and I love to hear your laugh.
On another note I have been researching about shell seeking. We are going to explore some new places this summer when we go to the beach. It will be our adventure for treasures..... We will make sure that we take lots of cold drinks and we can't forget the pails so we can get lots of pretty treasures.
I am already getting excited about going.
Always remember that you are so special and I love you like crazy cakes... No run away shells for us.

It looks like I didn't complete part of my last posting so... here you go....
It's about when you ask me about whether i am crazy about something ? I have to stop and think about what made you ask me that. You don't miss anything and I try to figure out what you observed so I can answer you correctly.
Anyway hope this makes sense. Yes I am crazy...Crazy about you!!!
