it might be the first, but i am certain it is the first of many:)
here's how the conversation went:
jack: mom, did you see that?
me: that was a really cool race.
jack: i know, chic beat mcqueen.
me: oh, chip beat him, wow.
jack: no mom, it's chic, not chip.
me: (thinking that he is obviously wrong, because what guy is named chic) no, jack isn't it chip?
jack: mom, it's chic (in his most "duh" voice)
fast forward to later that evening, when i replayed said conversation with mike, and come to find out, that i was in fact wrong. i had to smile to myself, as i realized that it would be the first of many!

Yay! I'm back to following your blog again after losing all bookmarks months ago when our computer crashed. Must say I'm sad that in that short span of time my sweet, innocent nephew has begun swearing and correcting his mommy! LOL Whatever will I discover on baby Daley's blog!? Must find time to read and catch up on the kiddie when I get the chance.
