wagons, pumpkins & gourds...oh my!?

greg and i took jack to sunnyside farms while we were upstate. these pics are actually from last week, but due to a lovely virus that has hit our household, i have been unable to do much of anything unless it involves administering tylenol and wiping up vomit!?

jack had so much fun...he was so excited to explore that he couldn't decide what to do first. if you've never been, this place is fantastic. there are corn mazes, cut-outs from kids favorite characters and literary works, a "thomas" train & pumpkins of course!

mmmmm...rice krispie treats!

jack and i decided to make some rice krispie treats this morning while daley was napping. he was so excited as we had bought the halloween marshmallows the other day and he had been dying to eat one;) he is very interested in helping, but is also a pretty good listener for a three year old (don't get me started on the fact that he is almost a three year old *sniff*). here are some fun pics...

this is what i heard this a.m. while cleaning up after breakfast....

"daley, i can't stop kissing you, i can't stop hugging you, i can't stop loving you."

*sigh* could that be any cuter? he really loves his sister, and it amazes me just how sweet he can be with her. on the flip side, she absolutely adores him as well. her whole face lights up when she sees him...she even goes crazy when she sees a picture of him!

remind me of this moment in about 5 years when they're driving each other crazy!!
