easter fun!

despite the fact that jack spied his big easter gift from the "easter bunny" the day before, the day turned out to be a lot of fun! what a difference a year makes in regards to his egg hunting skills...he was so into it. however, for the third year in a row despite really wanting to like them, he decided he didn't like the easter eggs(hard boiled). and if you can believe it, he got to try his first chocolate egg(i have no idea how he hadn't had one before, well i mean i'm sure i had something to do with it, but you know;).

and just a bath one...i can't believe how big he looks in this picture!

jack went to a game today with greg, and he had so much fun! they did lose, but he didn't seem to mind as there was sports and ice cream involved;) he kept shouting out "come on guys, throw the ball to me!" i just love this kid, he is too much sometimes!

note the chocolate ice cream...good thing he was with uncle greg, giving jack chocolate is like giving him speed-lol!? i'm sure he started running circles after that one!

off to a new home...

we (or rather i) said goodbye to the infant seat this weekend. *sigh* just another realization that a phase in their lives has passed. i know i really shouldn't be such a sap over the whole thing, but we brought them home from the hospital in that seat...they went from tiny little things to these little people way too quickly in my opinion. of course, they are so much fun and i am so lucky to be able to watch them grow and learn, it is just still hard to let go...
