pretend play!

i love this age! you can often hear jack having conversations with his "friends" (stuffed animals) or cars, and it is so fun to listen in on. he has gotten very independent when it comes to play. he can race his cars for hours. of course, there are many hockey, soccer, golf, baseball & basketball breaks in between in which he insists i play with him!

just today while i was putting daley in for her nap, jack constructed his "mouse house"-i have no idea where that idea came from. he did inform me of said house's structural "contegrity"-at least he has the concept down even if the pronunciation is off! i made him promise to leave it be until after his nap...i had to take a picture of his "mouse house!"
